political antinomianism

in advocating nonstatism it is wise to prepare the stage first by erecting a vision of antinomianism. the sweetness of living in a society without laws. it is law that is the basis of any state. without law there can be no state. so lets disabuse the nonpolitical of the notion of the goodness of law. laws are made by dead people for dead situations. the only proper way of peacefully solving disputes is by mediation. instead states either fine or imprison offenders against laws which the unsophisticated regard as god-given. totally private organisations in a stateless society would advertise their guidelines but would not have specific penalties for infractions. penalties would be determined on a case by case basis
